Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Bedrock Solutions LLC may charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with short notice, missed appointments, or appointments where our team cannot access the property.

Payments

Depending on the service, Bedrock Solutions LLC may require a deposit to schedule the appointment. Final payment may be due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received on time, we may pause future services until the balance is paid.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate service details
Securing pets before our team arrives
Moving fragile, valuable, or personal items when needed
Providing safe access to the property
Notifying us of delicate surfaces, damaged areas, or special cleaning concerns
Making sure utilities, water, and electricity are available when required
Bedrock Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor installation, loose materials, old surfaces, hidden defects, or items that were not properly secured before service.
Pets, Children, and Property Access
We aim to provide a safe and respectful service experience.
For the safety of your family, pets, and our team, we ask that pets and children remain away from active work areas during the service.
If pets are present, the client is responsible for securing them before our team arrives.
Exterior Cleaning Disclaimer
Exterior cleaning results may vary based on the age, condition, material, staining, oxidation, drainage, sun exposure, and previous maintenance of the surface.
Some stains, discoloration, buildup, or damage may not be fully removable.
Pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and related exterior services may carry risk for older, damaged, improperly installed, or delicate surfaces. Clients are responsible for disclosing known issues before service begins.
Interior Cleaning Disclaimer
Interior cleaning results may vary based on the condition of the home, surface type, level of buildup, stains, pet hair, clutter, and previous maintenance.
We will do our best to provide high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, mark, or buildup can be fully removed.
Clients should notify us before service if any surfaces require special products, have manufacturer restrictions, or should not be cleaned.
Photos and Marketing
Bedrock Solutions LLC may take before-and-after photos for internal records, service documentation, or quality control.
We will not publicly share identifying photos of your home, property, family, personal belongings, address, or private spaces without permission.
Satisfaction and Service Concerns
We want every client to feel confident in the service they receive.
If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within [24–48 hours] of completion so we can review the issue.
If appropriate, we may offer a touch-up, correction, or other reasonable solution. Bedrock Solutions LLC does not guarantee refunds for completed work, but we will make a good-faith effort to address concerns.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bedrock Solutions LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service related to the claim.
No Guarantee of Results
We are committed to quality work, clear communication, and professional service.
However, cleaning results depend on many factors outside of our control. Bedrock Solutions LLC does not guarantee that all stains, buildup, odors, discoloration, mold, mildew, algae, hard water marks, or surface damage can be fully removed.
